Return & Refund Policy
We, at Cuir Ally strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We take pride in making all our products defect free. However, even the best of the craftsman can slip if its not his best day in office. In the leather goods industry, a manufacturing defect is defined as one of the following viz. stitching coming loose, defect in lining material & leather chip offs in the product. Do note that natural leather is unique and no two leather sheets are exactly the same. Each leather develops its unique patina, creases, vein marks, slight blemishes during its lifetime and it only shows the trueness of the leather used and not it being defective.
All products shipped after thorough checking therefore the chance of a defect occurring is very rare, and in an event of such occurrence we will replace the product with a functioning product promptly. You could get in touch with us for your refunds/replacements. All refund/ replacement claims shall be submitted no later than 2 days of product delivery.
However, if you've made an error in purchasing, bring it to our notice the same working day so that we don't ship the product. Products once shipped shall not be eligible for returns/refunds if they don't meet our fair judgment criteria.
Choose as carefully as you can before you hit that Buy button. Your simple hit on that button starts a long logistics process chain at our end. Be kind to environment and also to our people who bring such wonderful products to you.
We do not accept returns/exchanges once the product is shipped. We will not be in a position to exchange or refund Personalised Products, Used, Activated or Customer damaged goods. Exchange of the product is permitted only if it's received as damaged.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Card which can be used within 6 months on our website.
The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.

Please allow up to 3 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
Images on the website are clicked with lighting effect due to which sometimes the colour of actual product may vary from the image taken.
Missing Parcels
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your ordered items do not arrive and we will get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
Cancel the order?
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched.
